Large double room

Looking for someone to take over from my flatmate who is leaving. 2 bedroom flat with shared kitchen and living room. The living room now has a sofa and a tv and the bathroom is now just a shower rather than a bath, the photos are from when we originally moved in. Washing machine and fridge in kitchen but no dishwasher. Private landlord he is good with repairs and very responsive. I’m currently in my final year of my apprenticeship so expect to be pretty busy at points, looking for a tidy friendly flatmate. I go to the gym and run in the mornings, always happy to have company but not a dealbreaker if you are not interested. Large supermarket and a gym within walking distance, and right next to green lanes so plenty of restaurants and bars, and a few good pubs. Council tax band c
