Large bright room in friendly flat!

Hello all, my time has come to leave London! I am looking for someone to take my room and continue the contract with my two lovely friends/flatmates Nabil and Ella. We've lived together for over 3 years now.

We're all chatty, relaxed and friendly. We're looking for someone who's easy going, tidy, independent, but up for a chat in passing. The odd Sauna or Sunday Roast here and there!

Nabil is in Tech and is and Ella is a stand up comedian often writing scripts or doing shows. They both have work from home schedules, so it would suit someone who goes into work most days if possible!

Also, Nabil and Ella are now Hubby and Wife! ❤️

We are looking for someone to move in a month from when you view. (In which I will hand in my 1 month's notice at work, YAY!) haha.

Bills are around £120 per month
Landlord lives in Aussie and we're now managed by an Estate Agents down the road, who are nice and easy going.
