We’re moving to China and looking for clean, considerate tenants who will enjoy the flat and look after it as their home. Both rooms are available separately, or would suit two friends looking to move together.

THE ROOMS
• Main bedroom: £1,250 per month
• Smaller double bedroom: £1,100 per month

THE FLAT
The apartment is approximately 72 sqm, on the second floor, with a spacious shared living and kitchen area, a large private balcony and one shared bathroom. With only two bedrooms, it offers a comfortable, smaller household.

RESIDENTS’ FACILITIES
Enjoy access to the development’s gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, residents’ lounge, meeting space and landscaped communal gardens.

LOCATION
There’s a Co-op about a minute away and a café opposite. Wood Green, Turnpike Lane and Alexandra Palace stations provide nearby transport options, with local shops and green spaces within easy reach.

BILLS
Rent includes Wi-Fi, water and a heating + electricty with the latter having an allowance of £30 per person per month. Any heating + electricy costs above this allowance are additional (based on 5 years of us living here -- it's a very insultated apartment).

Council tax is extra and shared between occupants.
