Lovely Clean Room to Rent - North London

Hi Everyone,

I am looking to rent a neutrally decorated bedroom to a female in my two bedroom house located in Turnpike Lane, which is less than a 5 minute walk to the tube, train and bus stations. Finsbury Park, Highbury and Islington, Oxford Circus are minutes away. Its pretty much in the heart of transport and very close to Central London. There is a big shopping centre nearby with plenty of high street shops and restaurants.

I live with my partner and we are in our mid-late 30’s, we are both professional workers and would like to share this opportunity to welcome someone to their new home. We are very warm and welcoming and spend most of our time at work and at the gym. We love to socialise and go to places often and welcome anybody who would like to become a part of this.

We always have respect for others and their privacy, cleanliness is very important for us, the house is always very tidy and clean (exactly as seen in the images) and we would want you to be the same.

The room has been recently painted and is equipped with a single bed with bed sheets, duvet and pillows and a super comfy memory foam mattress. The room also has a wardrobe and double glazed windows.
We are only looking for one person to rent the room.

We are looking to rent at £690 per month with all bills included. We have access to super-fast fibre optic broadband and Netflix.

Our only restrictions are no pets and no guests.
