Looking for a cozy and friendly place to call home? We have a large double room available in a relaxed, green part of Edmonton. Just over a 10-minute walk from Silver Street overground station, and perfect if you work locally at the nearby North Middlesex Hospital.

This 3-bedroom semi-detached house has been recently renovated, It features spacious living areas, including a living room/dining area, a spacious kitchen and two full sized bathrooms. The large garden is currently being renovated, but when ready will be perfect for relaxing in the summer or hosting friends for BBQs, and there's lots of storage space throughout the house. For parking, there's free street parking and a driveway spot available.

About us: Ebad (32), originally from Leeds, works in engineering and bought the property last year. Richard (26), is Dutch and works in sales in the city. We both enjoy hanging out in the evenings, most sports, exploring new cuisines and restaurants and always up for socialising!

We're looking for a like-minded individual to join our laid-back and friendly home. Whether you enjoy socializing with movie nights and dinners or prefer your own space, you'll fit right in.
