I am a live out landlord. I have a terraced house located at Lower Edmonton, N9. The house has one double room available at £100 per week each or £15 per day (inclusive of bills and NO deposit required) available for short let. The house has unlimited internet/wifi (Sky broad band).There are three bedrooms in the house overall.

The house has all modern conveniences including microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, plates, cups e. t. c.

The first floor has the one double room that is available for rent.

In summary there is;
1 bathroom and toilet on the first floor.
2 Double bedrooms on the first floor
1 toilet on the ground floor.
1 bedroom on the ground floor.
Small shared living area
50 foot garden with storage shed at the back.

Lots of off street parking around the house and one allocated car park for the house.

The house has just being fully renovated and freshly painted (the whole house top to down, including kitchen bathroom, bedrooms, hallways e. t. c). New carpets have been installed, new garden fences erected e. t. c.

There is a huge storage shed at the end of a 50 foot garden. All 3 house sharers will have access to the garden which is privately enclosed with high gates. There is also a small living area that is shared.

Edmonton Green train (overground) station is 8-10 mins walk from the house.

Tottenham Hale (Victoria tube line) station is a 10 mins bus ride from the house.

Lee Valley Athlectics leisure and camping site is 5 to 8 mins walk away.
