I’m renting out my room in Goldsmiths House, an all-female student accommodation in the heart of Camden. It’s a comfortable medium-sized room and perfect for a student looking for a place to stay over the summer.

The room comes fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, desk with shelves and a pinboard, chair, and a large three-door wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There are also drawers and additional storage under the bed, plus extra space above the wardrobe for suitcases or larger items.

You’ll share the bathroom with just one other student, and the kitchen with two very friendly and clean girls. Everyone has their own storage space in the kitchen, including a personal drawer, 3 cupboards which are lockable, and dedicated space in the fridge and freezer, so there’s plenty of room for your things.

Kitchen and Bathroom are cleaned daily by the cleaners of the building!

The building has great shared facilities including a beautiful garden, study rooms, TV/chill rooms, and a large dining hall. There is also secure bike storage if needed.

The rent is £240-£250 per week (all bills and Wi-Fi included). Laundry facilities are available in the building and are paid per use. Price can be negotiable but that’s up to the building manager to decide not me.
Full price for 17 weeks is between £4080 and £4250
