Hey girls,

One of our housemates is sadly leaving us for the Netherlands, so we're on the hunt for another fab girl to join our home!

We live in a beautiful 5-bed, 5-bathroom house tucked away in a private mews. The house has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area, a paved garden, and everyone has their own bathroom (a true London luxury!). The available room is a double with en-suite, and comes with a double bed and wardrobe.

A little about us:

You'll be living with four professional girls aged 30–35. We all originally met through SpareRoom, and have since become great friends. We each work between 2–5 days a week in the office, with the rest from home.

We all have our own lives, friends and hobbies, but also genuinely enjoy spending time together - with plenty of weekend plans usually flying around. That said, everyone also respects each other's space and downtime, so there's never any pressure to join everything.

Who we're looking for:

We're looking to find another girl aged 29–35 who's clean, friendly and sociable. Someone who's keen to get involved in house plans now and then, but is equally happy doing their own thing. More than anything, we'd love to find someone who's looking for a long-term home and will love the house as much as we do.

The details:
- Double bedroom with en-suite
- Rent: £980pcm
- Bills: £140pcm, inclusive of all bills and a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas
- Available from 6th September
- Extremely well connected - located between Kings X, Camden and Caledonian Rd stations and Kentish Town.
