Double Room Available in 4-bed North London Flat!

One double room (Bedroom 1 on the floor plan) is available in a spacious, recently renovated, 4 bed, 1.5 bath flat! Located right next to Regents park, and 10 - 15 minutes walking distance to Euston station and UCL.

You would be living with 3 other girls: Kahini, Maryna, and Cassie (me). We are a mix of graduate students (UCL, LSE) and a working professional. You would also be living with an adult cat (Farrah), who is the absolute sweetest; she truly loves everybody.

We are looking for a clean, respectful, and communicative roommate to complete the flat. In our free time, we enjoy movies, live music, yoga/tennis, and trying new restaurants/cafes. We enjoy both a cozy night in or a cheeky drink out at the pub. No additional pets allowed, and preferably non-smoking. Because Maryna is a professional, another professional would be preferred (but not required) to split council tax (council tax band C)
