The house is in North West London, within a 15 minutes walk of Harlesden (Bakerloo), Neasden & Dollis Hill (Jubilee) underground stations. The house is also well connected by buses on Roundwood Road & Church Road for trips into central London.

1. ROOM DETAILS

We have 5 massive double rooms available from 1st January in our house in Roundwood Park NW10! Room are fully furnished to a great standard and contain a double bed & mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

2. COST

Rental cost per room is between £178 - £194 pw/£775 to £840 pcm
For couples there is an additional £12 pw/£50 pcm charge

TO MOVE IN ALL YOU NEED IS THE FIRST MONTHS RENT!
£199 CHECK IN FEE PAYABLE. This covers reference check, rent guarantee insurance, new bedding, cleaning fee at the end of your stay!
The monthly Licence Fee is collected on 1st of each month via direct debit.

3. BILLS & CLEANING

All bills, council tax, water, gas, electricity and fibre optic broadband are included in the monthly licence fee. There are no hidden costs, the monthly rental figure is all you pay.

The communal areas are also cleaned every two weeks at no extra cost.

During the summer months the front garden and back patio will also be maintained.

4. HOUSE FACILITIES

Top priority - the house has super fast fibre optic broadband!!

The house also has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezers and plenty of kitchen cupboards for storage. There is also an adjoining shared break-out area with a table, bench and chairs big enough to seat 6 people. There are also three bathrooms with one en suite.

Outside there is a spacious back garden, which is perfect for BBQs and enjoying the hot summer evenings!

5. TRANSPORT

Roundwood Park is well served by underground stations at Willesden & Harlesden (Bakerloo line - Zone 2 & 3) and Dollis Hill & Neasden (Jubilee line - Zone 2 & 3) making it the perfect location for young professionals and families alike.

There are also bus stops on Roundwood Road and Church Road that will take you to North Kensington/Ladbroke Grove, Shepherds Bush - Westfield and Brent Cross!

The house is situated on Ambleside Road in Roundwood Park, a lovely quiet location with on-street parking available (permit available). The house is a mid-terrace property and is located walking distance from local amenities.
