My partner and I are looking for a new flatmate to take over the second double room in our lovely home. We were the very first tenants in the flat four years ago and have taken great care of it ever since.

* Two bathrooms (we have the en-suite, so you’ll almost always have the main bathroom to yourself- unless we want a bath or we have guests over)

* Willesden Junction (Bakerloo & Overground)
* North Acton (Central Line)
Both are within easy walking distance.

Please note that bills are not included in the rent, so do factor that in when enquiring.

You’ll also be sharing with our little furbaby, Sage the pocket bully, who is a much-loved member of the household and absolute Diva!

👋 About us
We’re both working professionals and are looking for someone friendly, sociable, and easy-going. We’ve found all of our previous flatmates through this app, and we’re still close with every one of them! Our current flatmate is moving on, but she’s become like family, and we’d love to find someone who’ll fit right in.

We’re always up for the occasional shared meal, drink, or catch-up after work, while also respecting each other’s space and independence.
