Current flat mate moving back home for studies so I have a room becoming available for the right person for someone who is clean and mindful. This is very important as I enjoy to live in a hygienic and tidy space (shoes off environment) :) as they say treat the place you live in as your sanctuary. Flat has a lovely balcony amazing in summer. Amazing views when the sunsets therapeutic and relaxing. Very secure building and safe area. Quiet and peaceful house. For all cat lovers you will have a companion. She is amazing very loving, relaxed and peaceful. Has her playful times and likes to meet new people. I take good care of her so no mess or smell whatsoever. 🐈

I am an outgoing individual and easy to get on with. Love me time and to relax and unwind.
Everyone likes their privacy and down time however I don't mind having a chat here and there over a cup of tea. I also like to go gym and train so if you ever wanted a gym session I’ll be happy to help.

The flat is in a ideal safe location to get around. You have the Central line and Bakerloo line. As well as the over ground. All within walking distance 5-10min . Well connected to get around London easily.

This is a 2 bed apartment so only will be sharing communal area with 1 person and have your private en-suite. ☺️
