A spacious, furnished extra-large double room is becoming available in a beautiful modern development in Park Royal from late September/October (for the right person).

The room is part of a well-maintained flat with a shared balcony, open-plan kitchen and living area, large bathroom, and private access to a communal garden and lake.

* 10-minute walk to Hanger Lane Station (Central Line)
* Co-op supermarket just 1 minute away

The rent includes all bills except electricity and water/hot water.

About the home
The current tenant is a working professional who takes great pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful and welcoming home. This would suit someone who is similarly considerate, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.

Ideally, I’m looking for a female professional who works primarily from the office, although some flexibility may be possible depending on the role and working pattern.

This is not a party house, so it would best suit someone with a quieter lifestyle and regular working hours rather than night shifts.

The current tenant is Muslim, does not drink alcohol, enjoys good food and good conversation, and would prefer a female flatmate who is comfortable with a similar home environment. As this is a shared home, it is important that male visitors are kept to a minimum.

Finding the right fit is important, so I would like to meet and chat a couple of times before making a decision. I hope you understand that compatibility is key when sharing a home.
