Double room for PART TIME professional female preferably

Hi! I’m looking to rent out a double room in my garden flat for 1-3 nights per week to a professional female preferably. Ideal for someone who works in London but lives outside.

I’m flexible on how many days and which days per week. I would also be open to a short term let. So get in touch!
You can leave stuff in the room between visits. I would prefer someone that doesn’t work from home. All bills included.
1 night pw - £320pm
2 nights pw - £500pm
3 nights pw - £625pm
Price can be calculated on a days per month basis as well.
There is access to the kitchen, living room and garden. The bathroom is shared.

The flat is 6-8 minute walk to Willesden Junction which has the Bakerloo line and the overground. We are very close to college road in Kensal, and Harlesden high street.

You’ll be sharing with a full time professional in her mid 30s.
