Double room Dollis Hill 5min to jubilee line

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in Dollis hill!

The house is located on a quiet road, with Dollis hill tube station just a 5 minute walk away, and Gladstone park a similar distance.

The area itself is peaceful and residential, but Kensal Rise, Notting Hill and West Hampstead etc are just a short tube or bus journey away.

The room comes with a desk and a double bed. There's also a modern and well maintained downstairs toilet and sink that no one else really uses, so it could loosely be classed as an en-suite..

As for the house - it has a large living room/kitchen. We also have 1gb internet

It's generally a clean and well looked after house.

You'd be living with 4 other professionals, Richard, Sylvia, Jola and Bart. (Uk, France, Uk and Poland).

Interests include music, fashion, sport and travelling.

We are looking for someone that is clean and easy to get along with. We have a cleaner that comes once every two weeks, we don't really have cleaning chores, we just do chores as and when we are free.

Bills would come to approximately £90-100 a month, but it does vary between winter and summer.
