Rent is £900 per month, with bills included. A one-month deposit is required, and there will be a written lodger agreement.

The flat has a shared kitchen, bathroom, garden, living room with projector, and washing machine. You would be sharing with one other person - the live-in owner, a 31-year-old male who works in a gallery. The general atmosphere is creative, chilled and respectful, with interests including art, music and cooking. There are no pets.

We are looking for a tidy, considerate lodger who would like to feel present in the home, while also having their own independence and privacy respected. It would suit someone sociable but self-contained - someone happy to chat or share the occasional meal, without any pressure to socialise all the time.
