Would prefer a Monday to Friday let, but would consider full time. Lovely room can be double or single, currently has a single bed, in 1930’s house overlooking Roundwood Park. Ten mins to local bus/tube. The park is lovely, there is a sports centre close by, it’s a quiet road. Car parking is negociable for someone going home at weekends.
Can have own entrance through French doors.
This room would suit a foreign student as it is a family home.
The person must like animals as I have a Jack russell, three cats and a hamster. It’s a bit of a menagerie right now. But the room goes out through french doors into a lovely garden. It is possible to eat outside or sit and read peacefully.
