I’m moving out of this flat and would like someone to take over my room asap for the remainder of my tenancy. I can offer a reduced price of £580 until 14th September, and then the room will go back to its normal rate of £675! The landlord wants someone in until mid October, but the potential to stay longer is there.
It’s in NW10 — 10 minutes from Roundwood Park, 30 minute walk from Queens Park, and 5 minutes from a big Tesco express. The local travel connections are great, Willesden Junction is five minutes away and has the Mildmay, Lioness and Bakerloo lines. Bills usually come to around £60 a month.
