One bedroom available in a modern 3-bed house in Kensal Rise / Ladbroke Grove.

Modern, stylish new-build house with a dishwasher, washing machine, bike shed, balcony and separate gardens. Great location at the top of Ladbroke Grove and bottom of Kensal Rise.

Just a 2 minute walk from relaxed, residential Kensal Rise and around a 15-minute walk from the top of busy, vibrant Portobello Road. Great transport links to both the West End and the City, plus around a 15 minute cycle to Hyde Park.

The room has large built in cupboards and a wardrobe, a double bed and a large floor to ceiling window overlooking the garden. There’s no desk currently, but there is space for one if needed.

You’d be living with two males, both working in finance, so we’re rarely at the house during the week. We enjoy going to the gym, playing football, going to the cinema and heading out for drinks.

We very rarely host friends at the house, as most of our friendship groups live south of the river, so it’s generally a quiet and relaxed home.

Great house and great location - only moving out as I’m leaving London.
