We have a large, double room within a 2-bed/ 2-bath flat in Kilburn/ West Hampstead available from mid-September.
The flat, located within a secure, gated building with a 24-hour Porter, is over 1,000 square feet.

Included in the rent of £1,000 pcm (£1,100 if WFH):

Located literally next to the Kilburn Tube station (Jubilee Line - 10 minutes to central London), a 5 minute walk from Brondsebury Overground and a short walk to West Hampstead station w/ National Rail. The area is further served by several bus lines. We are a 2 minute walk from both a Tesco and Sainsburys local as well as dozens of restaurants, bars and service shops (dry cleaning, hair salon, bakeries, etc).

Us: The flat will be shared with 43 year old professional couple, our cat Sophie, and our extremely friendly and well behaved dog Aiden. We are Irish/British and American/Swedish, like to keep to ourselves and respect others’ privacy. We are very friendly, liberal and an LGBTQ Allied household.

You: A mature, working professional, respectful, quiet, and tidy. We prefer a flatmate that is friendly though independent and understanding of personal space/boundaries.
