Beautiful, clean, cozy, spacious, quaint 1900s terrace cottage. Bills and fortnightly cleaner included. 25mins into Zone1. Excellent transport links (buses, Jubilee, Thameslink, Overground, etc).

2min walk to local shops, pubs, restaurants, gyms, parks etc

You would be living with me and my super-polite, hypoallergenic little dog (so dog lovers ONLY please - see photos - if you like dogs, you’ll fall in love with Theddy!).

If you have pets, small to medium hypoallergenic dogs may be considered but no other pets please as sadly I have allergies, sorry!

I also have other guests from all over the world as holiday lets - many are so delightful they remain my friends so if you like meeting new people that is great, if not that is fine too.

This is a safe space that would suit a lovely person who enjoys feeling part of a very clean, peaceful, happy home. LGBTQIA friendly.

It is a newly renovated, beautifully designed house. You can’t find quiet, peaceful, private rooms in historical conservation areas like the “Cricklewood Railway Terraces” anywhere in Central London (that I have ever heard of) - I feel so lucky to live here. Campion Terrace itself only has 14 houses, well away from the main road with quiet leafy footpath access and a beautiful little garden. There is a wonderful neighbourly community and our own street parties. Every day feels like a peaceful holiday here :-)

I have worked in conservation/sustainability/waste reduction so if you are like minded that would be great. I love laughing, cooking, theatre, scuba diving and gardening and you will usually find me working from or in the lovely garden. Liberal politics.

Particularly great for clean and kind solo women or gay men. Please note that I would have to meet and approve any overnight guests for safety reasons.
