I’m renting my lovely guest room in NW London, which is available from mid June with flexible move dates.
The house is a 2min walk from the Jubilee Line (Willesden Green) and 10min cycle from Queen’s Park / 20min from central London, Notting Hill, Hampstead Heath, etc.
The room is priced at £1250 for one person. This includes monthly bills and streaming services. It comes furnished with a queen bed, side table and large built in wardrobes with plenty of storage.
The room has primary access to the guest bathroom, shared with one other person for showers (everyone has their own toilet). There is also a shared kitchen, living room, garden and driveway (parking available if needed). Filtered water throughout.
The house is best suited to quiet lifestyles. It’s more like a home than a flat share, so best for people who are looking for that. Women preferred, but all considered.
