Spacious Kilburn double bedroom in a peaceful flat with a large bathroom.

My current housemate is sadly leaving, and we are looking for a replacement for the room.

You will be living with Emily (29), a legal consultant who loves reading, yoga and walking.

We are looking for a female professional, aged between 25-35 years old, who is clean/tidy, respectful, and is looking for a new place to call home.

The room is well sized with a double bed. It's also very light. The property comprises of a bright and spacious living room and kitchen and both bedrooms have separate bathrooms.

We are a 5 minute walk away from Kilburn tube station where you can pick up the Jubilee line and a 10 minute walk from Brondesbury station where you can take the overground.

There is a Sainsbury's local and Tesco less than 5 minutes away. The area is very nice and quiet, but literally 5 minutes away from the tube station.

Bills are typically £100-£200 a month. This includes council tax, broadband, electric and water.
