A bright, fully furnished double room is available in a spacious two-bedroom ground floor flat with a private garden.

The flat has a separate living room and kitchen, so there’s plenty of space to relax rather than just staying in your bedroom. There’s a large TV in the living room, a modern bathroom with both a bath and shower, lots of storage throughout the flat, and a lovely garden that’s perfect for enjoying a coffee or relaxing in the warmer months.

You’ll be sharing with one friendly, easy-going professional who keeps a fairly early routine and is out for much of the day. It’s a relaxed household where everyone enjoys their own space, but it’s also nice to catch up over dinner or head out together.

The room is fully furnished as shown in the photos.

The flat is around a 15-minute walk to both West Hampstead and Kilburn stations (Jubilee Line, Overground and Thameslink), with bus stops just outside the property. Permit parking is available on the street (parking restrictions Monday to Friday, 10am-12pm).

Bills are approximately £150 per month, rising to around £250 during the coldest winter months.

The property occasionally has dogs visiting, so it’s important that you’re comfortable around dogs. They’re friendly and mainly spend time in the garden, but this probably isn’t the right home if you’re not a dog person.

We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful and easy-going who enjoys having a calm, comfortable home. Someone who appreciates their own space but also enjoys a chat over dinner, chill in the garden or the odd day out would fit in perfectly.
