Large double room in a friendly NW house share

Hi there! We're Dan (Australia), Jo (Germany) and Angela (well-travelled, hard to pin down!), three professionals in our late twenties/early thirties, plus our two cats Toni (10) and Elvie (1), looking for a fourth housemate to join our home!

The Room
A genuinely large double with a double bed, TV, desk and chair, big wardrobe, cupboard, bedside table and even a recliner armchair. Happy to chat about swapping bits of furniture around to make it feel like yours. You'll share the bathroom with just one other person, everyone else uses the upstairs bathroom.

Life in the house
We're a friendly and social without being a party house, think weekend hikes, bouldering, gym sessions, markets, good food, the odd pub or bowling night. We all work Monday to Friday, so weekdays are calm and everyone gets their own space. We keep things clean (not obsessively so!) and just ask that whoever joins is tidy, washes up after themselves, and treats the common areas with the same care we do.

The Area
A quiet, residential pocket of NW2, two large parks, a couple of off-licences and a local pub, all a short walk away. Two bus stops (2–5 mins) get you to Neasden (Jubilee line) in 10–15 minutes. Also within easy reach: Willesden Green, Wembley Park, Dollis Hill, Brent Cross, Golders Green and Kilburn, with Baker Street around 30–35 minutes door to door.

The Details
Rent includes all bills, council tax, internet and household basics (cleaning products, loo roll, etc). £500 refundable deposit and £860 monthly rent. We're looking for a single occupant (unfortunately we can't accommodate couples).
