Recently the carpet has been replaced.

We are looking for a girl, to keep a healthy balance within the house.

The room located in the upstairs, great view to the garden. Warmest place of the house.
We are all professionals, the atmosphere is good and friendly, we are not a party house, therefore we are looking for someone tidy who would like to be part of our small family.

Please note, we are sharing the cleaning duties between all of us, therefore once every 5 weeks you will be required to hoover up, mop up, clean the kitchen/bathroom.

Our current house mate moving out after 4 years due to moving together with the partner.

Please note that nobody smokes in the house, therefore no smoking allowed inside of the house. You are more than welcome to smoke outside of the house if you like.

Good transportation, buses (C11, 189, 226, 112, 113) within walking distance, underground (Brent Cross station-Norther line) is within 12 minutes walk.

Big tesco is only 8 mins walk away, however food🙴wine shop is less than a minute walk.

The rent inclusive of the dishwashing detergent, handwash soap, all the cleaning liquid and toilet paper aswell!
