I am looking for someone to join me in renting a 2-Bed apartment at The Maple , which is located in Brent Cross West. Less then 5 minute walk to Brent Cross Station - you can get to Farringdon within 20 minutes or it is a 15 minute walk from our flat to Brent Cross underground Station which is on the northern line.
I have lived here for a year now and my current flat mate is moving out hence the add. It's a very nice flat and the amenities including a 24/7 concierge, gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Games/ Movie Room, a Study/ Work Space and a roof top BBQ.
Within the apartment itself, it is fully-furnished, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a washing machine/ dryer and open plan kitchen. Wifi is included and bills will need to be paid monthly on top.
A bit about myself; I enjoy going to the gym, and a few drinks every now and then. I am also very clean and tidy and would expect the same off my flatmate.
