A furnished double room with a wardrobe and a window, in a flat with two bathrooms and a big living room with a balcony. It's in the Mapesbury Conservation Area, just north of Kilburn, and a short walk to Kilburn station on the Jubilee line and Brondesbury station on the Mildmay line.

£880 a month plus bills. Bills are roughly £70 a month for water, gas and electric, and council tax is roughly £57 a month. Deposit: £1,066.

You'd be sharing with three guys aged 21 to 25. We're a social but clean and respectable household, and we enjoy a drink, football and rugby. We're looking for someone chill who wants to be part of the flat, not just rent a room, ideally a young working professional or postgrad of a similar age.
