Lovely room in West Hampstead

Hello! My flatmate is sadly moving out so I'm looking for a person to take over her room. See details below:

💵 Rent and bills:
950 per month (i'll have to check the deposit with my landlady, who is super sweet and cool btw)
Council tax comes is 93 each (186 total)
Bills are around 70-90 per person.

🚊 Transport:
Jubilee line: West Hampstead and Kilburn both around a 15min walk/11min bus
West Hampstead Thameslink: around a 15min walk/11min bus
Overground: West Hampstead and Brondesbury both around a 15-20min walk
Long story short: we're very well connected and can get pretty much anywhere in under an hour.

🌳 Area:
The flat is on a quiet and safe street. Its about a 10min walk from West End Lane, which has a lot of coffee shops, pubs and bars, restaurants, gyms/fitness boutiques, grocery stores, and vintage shops. You would walk along Mill lane, which is also home to a couple of cool coffee shops and restaurants. Both these streets also have several salons, dentists, and clinics.

I love to go on walks and there are a lot of nice places close by like Hampstead Heath park, Queens park, and the Swiss Cottage/St. John's wood area is really wonderful too.

🤭 About me (your potential future flatmate):
I'm 22 and I moved to London last year from Toronto, Canada but I grew up in Dubai and I'm originally Iranian (I like to get that out of the way before people question my American accent lol) I work in office three days a week (sometimes more) and in my free time I like to read, draw, play guitar (acoutsic), go to raves/gigs, and explore the city.

I really value cleanliness, open communication, and mutual trust. I'm down to hang out but also appreciate my time to myself and would really like to find someone with a similar vibe.
