I’m letting the furnished double room in my two-bedroom apartment at The Maple. It’s a new build-to-rent building in Brent Cross Town, NW2, run by Related Argent, the team behind Author King’s Cross.

The room and flat
The room is a furnished double. The flat is modern and spacious with plenty of natural light. You’ll share an open-plan kitchen and living area and the bathroom with me. Bills are split on top of the rent.
