My flat mate is going travelling in January, so i’m looking for a lovely girl to come and join me in our gorgeous two bed flat in NW London. This is NOT a sublet, you will be joining a tenancy with me!!

Date: Jan 20th, but we can be a bit flexible. Perfect for someone starting a job in the new year!!🧑🏻‍🩰

Rent: £900 + bills

🚇 Brent cross station is a 7 minutes walk away (northern line)

Brent cross shopping centre is a 5 minutes walk away with an M&S and a Waitrose in it, along with every clothing shop you could ever need last minute!!

Big Tesco 10-15 minute walk away!

The flat is newly renovated and modern.

We do have a big living room which will have a sofa, tv, dining table and a coffee bar …. but it’s currently being used as a bedroom but it will all be set up as a beautiful and cosy communal space for when someone moves in! 💐 The photo of the living room is the plan of what it will look like x

A bit about me: I work at a law firm, and i work from home 2 days a week. I love a night out or a night in, and i’m always up for a chat / movie night / bottle of wine!! 🍷
