Located on a quiet street just a 3 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, with loads of great pubs, cafes, and shops nearby (Little tesco is only a 3-minute walk).

Well connected with multiple bus routes and stations nearby:

Tufnell Park Station (Northern Line) - 12 min walk

Gospel Oak Station (Mildmay and Suffragette

Line) -15 min walk

214 and 88 bus a 3 minute walk. C11 bus a <1 minute walk.

The house is really spacious with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen/laundry area, and garden area.

We're all sociable but also like our alone time and are respectful of the space! We usually prefer nights in watching films or fun TV, board games, and chatting (currently working on a group puzzle) versus big nights out, but also like to have the occasional BBQ in summer.

I have a cat, Scout, who takes some time to warm up but is very social and sweet. We don’t want another cat in the house, but are open to dogs!

We are looking to finish viewings by the end of this week, with a move in date for 1st June.
