Single room available for up to 4 nights mid-week for someone living outside London, looking to save their commute and enjoy a clean and peaceful stay during the week.

ACCOMMODATION
The house is 4 storeys with a new kitchen extension on the G floor; lounge, utility and terrace on 1st floor; and bedrooms on 2nd and 3rd. There are all the usual mod cons like Netflix and a Nespresso machine. The single guest bedroom is on 2nd floor, overlooking gardens and adjacent to a bathroom (shared with 1 other mid-week guest). Besides a single bed (with a new mattress), other noteworthy things are a wardrobe, chest-of-drawers and black-out blinds.

LOCATION
The house is within easy walking/cycling distance of central London (I walk 40 mins to the West End every day through Primrose Hill and Regent's Park). The closest tube is Chalk Farm (Northern Line) and the nearby 24 bus goes to Central London and runs 24h throughout the night.

HOUSEMATES AND NEIGHBOURS
Just 2 housemates - Me (Anna, 33) and Sam (38) who is another friendly and clean mid-week guest. I have lived here for 12 years with various housemates; some of whom I’ve attended the weddings of, or now call neighbours! I work full-time in the office and eat out with friends a lot, but generally home 2 or 3 nights each week.

PRICE
£690 per month, for up to 4 nights each week, includes all bills and basic kitchen/bathroom goods, plus white bed sheets and towels (laundered every fortnight). The house is also cleaned regularly.
