Short term room let in family house from October

Our kids have gone off to Uni and during term time there's a spare room to rent. You'd join a clean family house vibe in a safe Zone 2 area with good commutes to central London. It's ideal for a student.

We offer a bright double room, with wide bed, table, armchair, wardrobe, shelves. You also have permanent access to kitchen, dining room, lounge with TV, fridge, washing machine etc. So there is everything you need for turning up fresh off the plane, to have comfort, nights in or out, and a full and secure life in London.

In the house we already have two other lodgers (both female students).

We're looking for someone female and short term who will leave by 5 Dec 2026. You just need to be clean, tidy and have got your life organised.
