Me and my girlfriend are moving back to Asia and looking for a new tenant to take over a spacious double room in a comfortable 3-bedroom maisonette in North West London, NW6. The other current tenants are 2 Taiwanese girls.

The flat is located between Queen’s Park, Kilburn and Brondesbury Park, with good transport links:

- 6-minute walk to the Mildmay Line
- 13-minute walk to the Bakerloo Line
- 15-minute walk to the Jubilee Line
- Bus 98 stops nearby and takes around 40 minutes to Oxford Circus

There are also plenty of local amenities nearby:

- 3-minute walk to Tesco
- 1-minute walk to a local pub
- Around 15 minutes to larger supermarkets including Aldi and Sainsbury’s

The flat:

This is a two-floor maisonette with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

Ground floor:

- Spacious shared living room

- Kitchen ( we have a great Sage coffee machine if you are a coffee lover)

- Storage room

First floor:

- Three bedrooms
- Bathroom
- Washing machine and dryer

The room:

The available room is a large double room with good natural light and a very spacious wardrobe.

Rent:

- £1,000 per month for single occupancy
- £1,100 per month for a couple
- Bills are not included

The room comes with a bed. Other furniture belongs to the current tenant, but it may be possible to buy the furniture directly if you are interested.

Tenant requirements:
- Have a valid UK visa or right to rent
- Working professional
- Ability to pass a reference check

The tenancy agreement will be signed through the agency. The agency also carries out a property inspection every three months by appointment, with advance notice by email. They are professional and responsive when handling issues.

We are looking for someone who is clean, responsible and respectful of shared spaces. Ideally, you are someone who is happy to communicate openly and help maintain a comfortable home environment.
