Double Room with Private Bathroom Available

We’re two 26yo girls looking for a lovely third housemate to join our flat in Kilburn/Queen’s Park! The room is available from anytime in June (with a bit of flexibility on dates) for a long term let.

The room is a spacious, bright double with its own private bathroom, fully furnished. Rent is £1,000 per month, with bills on top (usually around £130/month, depending on the season).

A bit about us: we’re best friends from uni and love a mix of social and chilled time. You’ll often find us at the pub for a catch-up, cooking together, or having a night in watching a film. We enjoy spending time together as a flat but also really value our own space. Flora works in the office full-time, and I work from home 1–2 days a week.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, friendly and easygoing who’s keen to be part of a relaxed, sociable home.

Location wise, the flat is super well connected in zone 2, about an 8 minute walk to Kilburn (Jubilee line), 15 minutes to Queen’s Park (Bakerloo line), and just 5 minutes to Brondesbury Overground, plus plenty of bus routes nearby for easy access into central London.
