We’d love to share the flat with a friendly, clean, and respectful female professional. It would be great to find someone to make friends with, but personal space and privacy is also a given.

This will be a takeover of my current tenancy, which is fixed until September, so the minimum term would be until then. After that, there may be an opportunity to extend the stay with a new contract, subject to agreement.
