We are pleased to offer a well-appointed a bedroom within a 3-bedroom flat, it is ideally situated in Zone 2. You will be taking a room of 121 sq. ft. in this cozy flat, furnished with bed, 2 bedside tables and also a wardrobe. You will be sharing a clean and spacious bathroom with Huai Xien.

In our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house:
- 2 bathrooms: 1 ensuite room, another toilet for the other 2 rooms.
- Wi-Fi, electricity provider and water checks are already installed.

The flat is conveniently located with a range of amenities nearby. Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Aldi are just a short walk away, and there are numerous dining options beneath the building. Additionally, an HSBC branch is located within a few minutes' walk for your banking needs.

Transport links are excellent, with Brondesbury Overground station only a 1-minute walk away, Kilburn Jubilee Line station just 6 minutes away on foot and 1-minute walk away from bus stop. Central London is easily accessible within 20 minutes.

You will be living with two other flatmates:

Huai Xien, 25 years old, an actuarial analyst, working at Bank. She spends a lot of her time studying after work and during the weekend for professional papers, but outside of exam season, she enjoys a fair balance of staying in reading and going out cafe hopping.

Abby, 24 years old, a freelancer with a background in singing and performing arts. I spend most of my evenings attending rehearsals and training in Central London. I also enjoy cooking, going to parks and spending time with friends on the weekends. I enjoy a good balance of some alone time and socialising!
