Single bedroom in a flat share in Maida Vale/West Kilburn available from July 5th

10/15 minutes away from the following stations:

Several bus stops - only a couple of minutes away.

The house comes with standard amenities such as a washing machine, a dryer, and a heating system.

We have three bathrooms:
- 1x bath/shower, toilet, sink
- 1x shower and sink
- 1x toilet, sink

The room is currently furnished (and will be when you move in), but some items belong to the current tenant. This conversation will happen with the landlord to accommodate any requests.

Bills total up to an average of £100/month - these include wi-fi, water, gas & electricity, and council tax. Unfortunately, we can only consider tenants who will pay the council tax.

We're looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful flatmate. Cleanliness is a must for us. We respect everyone's privacy, and we want to make sure that the house is a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

We are very easy-going, fun, and chill people who occasionally enjoy having house dinners.
