The room is lovely and bright and comes furnished. There is a large double bed with under-bed storage and plenty of other space in the large wardrobe and chest of drawers, for a great work-from-home desk set-up.

The room consists of a private attached balcony and shared communal spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped with masses of cupboard space, ovens, a very large fridge-freezer and a big gas hob. There is also a washing machine.

The house is part of a community development with football courts, garden and children's park around.

There are a number of nice parks in the local area, and large supermarkets, pharmacies and coffee shops on Kilburn high road.

The current tenants consist of 4 working professionals: 3 male and 1 female.
