We are looking for a wonderful new person to join our friendly, cozy flat starting August 3rd. 🏡
If you are clean, reliable, and looking for a long-term place to truly call home, we’d love to meet you! 🥰

📍 Location & Connectivity
Our building is tucked away on a nice, quiet one-way street in NW6 3BP. The location is incredibly convenient:
🚇 Just a 4-minute walk to Finchley Road Station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines).
🚌 The C11 bus stops right in front of the building!
🛒 Absolutely everything you need is just a short stroll away: Waitrose, Tesco, Superdrug, Boots, the O2 Centre (with a cinema and Aldi), great gyms, and the post office.

💰 Rent & Practicalities
Rent: £190 per week (all bills included!) 💡
Wi-Fi: £8.13 extra per month.
Contract: You’ll have your own direct contract with the landlord.
Payment: Rent is paid directly to the landlord every Sunday for the upcoming week.

Move-in: The landlords require 2 weeks of rent paid in advance. This beautifully serves as your final two weeks' rent when you decide to move out (we just ask for a standard 2 weeks' notice) 🙌
TV Licence: We don’t have a communal TV, so we don't pay for a licence. If you'd love to have a TV or streaming services in your own room, you can easily set that up yourself.

👥 Meet the Household
Our home is currently shared by three lovely people:
Downstairs lives a quiet, super friendly student 📚
Upstairs, there's a lovely professional sharing the double room 💼
And myself! I work from home, love a good chat, but am also out and about or traveling quite a bit ✈️
We all share the kitchen, and the three of us share the upstairs bathroom. 😊

🧼 Cleanliness & Lifestyle
We take a lot of pride in keeping our home tidy, peaceful, and entirely stress-free! To keep things easy, we follow a simple weekly cleaning schedule (covering the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom) on a rotating basis. 🧽
We just ask that everyone cleans up after cooking, keeps their fridge/cupboard space neat, and leaves the bathroom fresh for the next person.
I usually pick up the cleaning supplies, and we just split the cost between us. 🤝

We are a very welcoming bunch and definitely don't mind guests, as long as it's kept respectful and not too noisy. To keep everyone feeling safe and comfortable, we like to keep the flat a peaceful oasis and prefer to avoid hosting "stranger" guests. 🏡✨

We think someone in their late 20s or early 30s who is working, communicates openly, and respects personal boundaries would fit right in with us!
