The flat is a garden-level apartment in a lovely Victorian house, with its own private entrance, a big garden, spacious living room and compact but fully equipped kitchen.

The room is the largest in the flat, with plenty of built-in storage and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Rent is £1,133.33 pcm, payable on the 1st, with the rental period running from the 4th. Bills + council tax come to c. £130pp. The contract starts on 4th November, but the room would be available from 29th October if an earlier move works for you.

Sadly, our current lovely flatmate is heading off travelling for a few months, so we're looking for someone new to join us. You'll be living with 2 working professionals, Nico (M32) and Anezka (F35), along with an unemployed but very cute miniature schnauzer (F8).

We're a warm, relaxed home where we enjoy spending time together, whether that's sharing a meal or having a chilled evening, while also respecting each other's space and independence. We're looking for someone considerate, friendly and easy to live with, who values a positive and respectful home environment. Ideally, you’ll be a dog lover too!

The tenancy is through Hamptons West Hampstead, so the new tenant will need to go through their standard referencing process. The landlady manages the property herself and is very easygoing, and she's happy for tenants to make the space their own.
