This is a luxurious four-bedroom house, but I’m only looking for one additional person to share the house, so there will be plenty of space and privacy. It’s a home designed to feel peaceful, comfortable and relaxed rather than like a busy house share.

The Room

Available from mid-October, the bright and airy double bedroom is located on the first floor of a quiet, secure house on a peaceful residential road between Kilburn and Queen’s Park.

The house and room have both undergone a complete, ground-up refurbishment, with comfort and quality in mind.

Working from home is absolutely fine.

Because the house is spacious and only one additional person will be living here, there is plenty of room to enjoy your own space and privacy.

I’m ideally looking for a single professional, although couples would be considered for an additional charge.
