You would be sharing this charming Victorian period house with other young professionals who are always happy to meet over a glass of wine, but also respect others' privacy. It is a very clean and quiet house, suitable for a professional with similar lifestyle.

Rooms have an access to shared bathrooms and shower rooms.

Also, provided are the essentials: toilet paper, washing up liquid, bin bags, bed linen etc.

All rooms are furnished to a high standard, containing a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, armchair, sofa, desk, shelves, office chair, fridge, benefiting from broadband, cleaner, car park and all mod cons. Some rooms feature own sink too.

This arts and fashion dedicated house has the most pleasant atmosphere, with stunning lighting, colourful art deco and all original features; including a beautiful original fireplace in almost every room, very high ceilings, polished wooden floorboards, plenty of natural daylight and a nice clean communal area.

The house is a perfect location for bars, pubs and shops and is close to Queen's Park, Kensal Rise, Kilburn and Willesden Green high streets. South Hampstead cricket club and Nuffield gym are around the corner and there are lots of parks nearby.

The house is kept in pristine condition, and a cleaner comes twice a week.
