Hi!

I am putting this double bed room en suite ( just shower en suite ) fully renovated to rent.

The flat has been fully renovated as well with bathroom kitchen and other furnitures brand new!

The flat is in Saint Johns Wood so, very close to central (10mn tube to Oxford Circus and Bond Street) 8 minutes away from Saint Johns Wood Tube Station/Marylebone tube station.

It is 2 minutes away from bus stops.

Very silent street as well so it is very calm at night.
No Living room.
Amenities : high street is 5 minutes walk away and there is everything cafes, tescos, pharmacies, really everything

Who we are looking for:
Someone working in Tech or finance preferably, ( we are both working in finance and have friends working in tech, so at least we could have common conversations topics). But it is fine if you are not working in these industries. Preferably though that person is organised and clean ( we like to leave the flat cleaned), who is respectful of other’s personal space. But overall we are very chill and enjoyable flatmates!

A little bit about me:
My name is Marc, with a "C" because I am French. Born and raised in Paris, I studied at WWK in the UK to then land a job in Finance in the city.
I work 4/5 days a week in the office so will be rarely home. During the weekend I like to clean the flat, do admins stuffs, go for a walk, gym, for a drink, or go to the theatre/cinema (Latest favourite movie: Dune 2 !) Oh, and I love cooking too, my parents are Chinese, so you can imagine the combination of French and Chinese culture together, the best cuisines in the world....

I am super positive in life and extraverted, so I really enjoy meeting new people and consider my flatmates as friends, so would love to do things together if they are up for it, but also very respectful of people's "me" time.

This brings to introduce my current flatmate, Ayoub, who is my friend and whom I met at in my previous job! Ayoub is 26, he is from Morocco but grew up in Paris as well. He is also working in finance in Marylebone, 5 days a week. He is a big sporty guy, he loves Football, Boxing, He is super introverted though, and is shy when he first meet someone though, so will need more time for him to open up in general.
(The opposite of me, lol)
