About the current flatmate (me!)
-I am 28 and work in law
-I am quite a quiet housemate, I tend to cook and chat and then go to my room and read!
-I WFH 2 days a week :)
-I have friends stay with me occasionally at the weekends.

About you:
-I would love if you are a similar age to me, but 25+ would be great!

The costs:
-Rent is 1,023.75.
-Bills are separate and currently cost £167 a month.
-My deposit was 5 weeks rent. This works out to £1280 on my calculation. Apologies spareroom would not let me input this figure! I am also checking this figure with my landlord currently.
-The lease will be for one year with a six month break clause if needed.
