We’re relocating, so we’re looking for someone to take over our tenancy for a 2-bedroom flat. The contract runs until 1 September 2026.

The flat’s in a lovely spot between St John’s Wood and Marylebone:

7 mins to St John’s Wood Station

20 mins to Baker Street

Bus stop right outside

5 mins to Regent’s Park

30 mins to Oxford Street

It’s fully furnished and comes with a washing machine and dishwasher.

The place is managed by a super nice and very responsive landlord, and all checks will be done through Foxtons.

Move-in date is end of January 2026, but we’re flexible.
