Double room

Room available from very late July/early August in a homely three bed flat in between Marylebone, Edgware Road, and St John’s Wood. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and room for a desk. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

Super central location right off the high street with bedroom overlooking a private green space, therefore quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need and the flat has a huge living room where we love to chill in the evenings.

You will be living with two flatmates, both working professionals in their early thirties. We keep the place clean and tidy, and love to have the occasional flat hang out watching Netflix.

The flat is super central with Regents and Hyde Park/Oxford Street being 15 or 20 minute walk away. In the middle of three great tubes with a bunch of buses going in to central.

The room is £907 a month, with bills usually around £100-£200 a month, and a deposit of £900. We are looking to do viewings in late June/early July.
