Room available in a homely three bed flat in between Marylebone, Edgware Road, and St John’s Wood. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and room for a desk. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

Super central location right off the high street with bedroom overlooking a private green space, therefore quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need and the flat has a huge living room where we love to chill in the evenings.

You will be living with two flatmates, both working professionals in their late twenties & early thirties. We keep the place clean and tidy, and love to have the occasional flat hang out watching Netflix.

The flat is super central with Regents and Hyde Park/Oxford Street being 15 or 20 minute walk away. In the middle of three great tubes with a bunch of buses going in to central.

The room is £907 a month, with bills usually around £100-£200 a month, and a deposit of £900.
