■ The flat is in a house maisonnette, first floor. I am looking to let the room to a friendly person. This large double room is let to a professional person working outside from the flat not from home/online.

▪️This room is a MONDAY to FRIDAY let 4 nights only. NOT for the whole week.
( A reduced rate will apply for a 3nights let only. )

I am renting a large double bedroom fully furnished with a folding table +chairs. Big wardrobe, large wall mirror. +TV.
Very peaceful bedroom on the garden side of the house.
The flat is part of a maisonnette with a small but pretty private garden .

▪️I will share kitchen + bathroom, garden with the lodger the lounge shared occasionely as sometimes it is nice to be relax with some privacy. This flat is a quiet place to live in but with a friendly environment.
I am happy to have a chat ,sharing the the lounge occasionely but also respecting each other privacy, relaxing time.

The flat, maisonette is at 5 to 10mns maxi buses distance to Wembley Park Station ( Metropolitan line takes you quickly into town)..
5 to 10mns West Hendon Thames link station which also will take you to King's Cross /St Pancras in 15mns...
or 10mns with bus to Hendon station.

The buses are few mns walking distance from the flat ( top of the road) +many shops facilities + parks all around.
